It is a nice sleeve, and well padded.
While I am a little critical below, I do like the sleeve a great deal. (It could just be even better)
The elastic latching is a little ineffective, I am going to try re-tieing the knot on the cord, so it is shorter and tighter.
If that doesn't help, I'll just replace the cord with good old paracord.
Despite the elastic cord, the velcro keeps it secured well.
It would have been nice if there was some velcro on the front for moral patches / name tapes.
Yes, you can use the back for this, however if you use the molle webbing, the velcro isn't really visible.
