This is my first trumpeter kit, and i am impressed with it. The fit is pretty good so far. But similar to hobby boss, you have to do your own research on the cockpit colors. I am used to the old revell/monogram kits which need a lot of filling and sanding. So its refreshing to get a kit that fits together with minimal effort. People say stuff made in china is junk, and maybe some is. But their plastic model industry rivals the japanese, and may soon surpass them. Hasegawa would never put out a kit of a unknown aircraft prototype like this. I just wish modeling would make a comeback in the United States like it had been in the 60's and 70's. Maybe some day.
