Review : Gets the job done...however
Purchased this case for my wife's iPad 2. She insisted she needed a "true keyboard" for her iPad. It seems well built and certainly provides a way of "Standing up" the iPad for viewing. As with all Bluetooth keyboards, they require a sync with the iPad. Therein is the problem which is not the units fault. I find it cumbersome to sync up the keyboard every time you want to type and I told my wife she didn't need this because of that. She insisted she needed it so I got it and, just like I thought, she mostly just uses it as a stand for the iPad and uses the touch screen keyboard on the iPad. The key layout is small and not full size. It does a good job of protecting the front glass on the iPad and makes for a sturdy protection. So, my negative comments are really aimed at the praticality of a Bluetooth keyboard in general. If you insist you need a bluetooth keyboard, this is as good as anything I've seen.
